Hello, I’m an Executive Coach and Relationship Expert based in Southlake, Texas. I specialize in leadership development for C-suite executives as well as multicultural counseling that supports clients navigating complex personal and professional dynamics. I am also a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, bringing a culturally informed approach to emotional and relational well-being.In addition to my coaching and therapeutic work, I’m the founder and host of the Dil Ki Recipes podcast, where I explore mental health, relationships, and the lived experiences of South Asian communities. I am also the author of Behind Closed Doors: Healing Emotional Struggles of South Asians, a book dedicated to helping individuals better understand and heal from culturally rooted emotional challenges.
